Spirit Week Next is spirit week.  As we continue to foster a sense of belonging at Silver Hills, we encourage all students to get creative and participate in our final spirit week for the 2021-22 school year.  We look forward to seeing all of the school spirit!


General School Business  
Honor Society Applications 6th and 7th graders applying for National Junior Honor Society- remember to turn in your completed applications. The deadline to turn those in has been extended to next Friday, April 22.

7th Grade Knowledge Bowl Results  After more than a month of competition and 5 rounds of study, the winners are in for the 7th grade Social Studies knowledge Bowl!  Drumroll please!!

Take Your Child to Work Day The 2022 Take Your Child to Work Day will take place on Thursday, April 28th.  If you and your child are planning to participate, please sign the flier and return it to the school.

The absence will be EXCUSED for students if they are attending work with you instead of coming to school that day.

Outstanding Fees Notice from Adams 12 Billing Transitioning Student Fees:  All transitioning students in grades 5, 8 and 12 must have all of their outstanding student fee balances paid before moving into the next level of school.  

All Student Fees are due and any outstanding fees should be paid in full by the end of the school year.  Click PayForIt  to pay your fees online, or pay the school directly.  Please remember that fees for any school can be paid at any school, so you are able to go to the closest location for your convenience.  For any checks being sent, they must include full name, address (no PO Box) a phone number (home & work), Driver's License w/state and the student name, number or household number.

Community News
26th Annual Adams County Sheriff's Office Community Fishing Festival As summer draws closer and students prepare to spend time with family, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office would like to inform parents of the Community Fishing Festival. The festival is a day of free fishing and a competition with great prizes to be won. The Fishing Festival falls on Colorado Free Fishing weekend and no fishing licenses are required. The Sheriff’s Office along with the Colorado Parks and Wildlife will also have hundreds of rods
