I have grown up attending Adams 12 schools for my entire life! (Skyview Elementary, Northeast Middle School and Horizon High School). After graduating from high school in 2000, I attended the University of Northern Colorado. While at UNC, I majored in Elementary Education and played on the baseball team as a pitcher. Following my sophomore year, I transferred to the Metropolitan State University of Denver, where I played baseball and graduated from in 2004. In 2009, I attained my master's degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon State University.
Currently, I am in my sixth year here at Silver Hills. Prior to becoming the AP, I was the Deanof Students for three years. This year also marks my 15th year in education. During my 15 years, I've taught 6th grade math here at Silver Hills, 4th grade (Centennial Elementary) for 7 years and 5th grade ( Tarver Elementary) for 2 years.
I have been married to my high school sweet heart for almost 15 years and we have three kids!
Outside of school, I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, fishing, hunting and camping. I also enjoy coaching my own 3 kids in their activities and sports teams.
